AMC's Preacher Renewed for Season 3

Preacher fans can breath easy and praise Humperdoo, as Seth Rogen has officially announced via Twitter the renewal of AMC's Preacher for Season 3.

Were we really all that worried? Fans know the show is deserving of a third season, and with Nola.com reporting back in July that paperwork had been filed to shoot Season 3 in New Orleans, we should have been pretty confident. However, with such a clear departure from Season 1, less than stellar ratings, and controversy surrounding the introduction of Jesus Christ and his descendant Humperdoo, AMC had us a little nervous over here.

Alas, the Preacher Congregation can now rejoice and countdown to the days until the mighty Preacher graces our screens again.
